Terms of the Agreement
- Hold Harmless and Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Keit Foundation, including its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers, from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising from your or your child’s participation in the programs.
- This indemnity applies to claims resulting from the actions or negligence of the Keit Foundation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Waiver of Liability
- By using this site and participating in any programs, you voluntarily release and discharge the Keit Foundation from all liability, claims, and demands arising from participation in program activities.
- This waiver includes claims related to bodily injury, emotional distress, or property damage, regardless of cause, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
- Medical Treatment Authorization
- In the event of an emergency where you cannot be reached, you authorize the Keit Foundation to obtain necessary emergency medical treatment for your child and accept responsibility for all related costs.
- The Keit Foundation will make reasonable efforts to contact you prior to seeking emergency care but may proceed if you are unavailable.
- Photographic and Video Release
- You grant permission for the Keit Foundation to capture photos and videos during program activities, understanding these may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in print, online, or through other media.
- By granting this permission, you waive any right to review or receive compensation for such use and release the Keit Foundation from all claims related to the use of these images.
- Data Privacy and Protection
- We prioritize your privacy and adhere to applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU residents. Personal information collected through keitfoundation.org will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection, usage, and protection.
- By registering for a program, you consent to this processing, including the potential transfer of your data internationally if necessary.
- Code of Conduct and Behavioral Expectations
- Participants are expected to adhere to the Keit Foundation’s Code of Conduct, which includes maintaining respectful behavior, following instructions, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for all.
- Violations of these guidelines may lead to removal from the program without refund, and you agree to bear any costs related to early termination due to non-compliance.
- Parental/Guardian Responsibility and Consent (For Minors)
- If you are accessing this website on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the child’s legal parent or guardian with authority to agree to this Agreement on their behalf.
- You acknowledge that you will communicate the program’s requirements and expectations to the minor participant and ensure their compliance.
- Acceptance of Terms

- This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract enforceable against you, and it remains in effect for the duration of your participation in the program, including related travel or activities.
